Because we’ve been in business since 1990, we’ve seen many changes in this industry. We understand the need to adapt to an evolving marketplace and the ever-changing needs of our customers. And we continue to adapt. We’ve evolved from a strictly full-line distributor to a full-line manufacturer. This allows us to control product costs, provide better lead times, and provide a greater variety of products to you. We also produce custom products for all channels of distribution.
We offer several programs with great benefits, including incentives, freight, sales, and featured products of the month. As an authorized Stratis dealer/distributor, many of these programs will be available to you.
The prices you see on our website are manufacturer suggested retail prices. Quantity discount prices are available upon request. If you are a reseller, please contact us directly to inquire about becoming an authorized dealer/distributor.
Because our catalog is distributed internationally and we have customers around the globe, we don’t publish prices in our catalogs. It allows for the varying currency exchanges that may develop upon ordering product through Stratis or an authorized dealer.
Our freight terms are as follows: Standard means prepaid and add to invoice or collect. Freight includes handling charges. There is no additional charge for drop shipping. Items ship via UPS/FedEx/Spee-Dee or common carrier.
We have several freight programs in place. Please contact a Stratis representative or authorized dealer for details on specific programs.
We do not require a minimum order.

We offer the best lead times in the industry. Our standard lead time on stock items is 3-5 days. Quick ship (next-day shipping) is available on specific items.
All of our keyboard arm mechanisms (which also make up our standard keyboard systems, excluding ARMTK-S) perform three functions: 360-degree swivel, height adjustment, and tilt adjustment. The manner in which they perform each of these functions is what makes each arm type unique.

We have company representatives in our home office in Wisconsin who handle customer service and sales in the United States. As they cannot be everywhere at one time, they do most of their work over the telephone and via e-mail. We have chosen to distribute our products through a dealer/distributor network throughout the U.S. This choice provides a more hands-on approach for our end users. In Canada, we contract with a manufacturing representative group that maintains both our dealer networking as well as our end-user contact.
The simple answer is we were born here and we don’t want to leave this beautiful area with all its changes of season – yes, even the cold winters.
